Service Description
Massage sessions are provided in a portable massage chair at the Summer Fair venue. Sessions are intended for relaxation and general wellbeing and are not a substitute for medical treatment, diagnosis, or healthcare advice.
Session Length
Appointments are available in the following durations:
• 10 minutes
• 15 minutes
• 20 minutes
(By booking 2 consecutive 10 minute slots)
The session length booked includes consultation and changeover time. Sessions will end at the scheduled finish time.
Health Declaration
By booking a session, you confirm that:
• The information provided during booking is accurate.
• You do not have any medical condition that would make massage unsuitable.
• You will inform the therapist of any injuries, allergies, medical conditions, recent surgeries, pregnancy, or other relevant health concerns before the session begins.
• The therapist reserves the right to refuse or modify treatment where it is considered unsafe or inappropriate.
Children and Young People
Children under 18 years of age may receive a massage only where:
• A parent or legal guardian has completed and signed the required consent form before the session.
• The parent or guardian remains available on site during the appointment.
• The therapist is satisfied that the treatment is appropriate for the child.
• The therapist reserves the right to decline treatment for any child if they believe it is not suitable or if consent requirements have not been met.
Arrival
• Please arrive at least 5 minutes before your appointment time.
• Late arrival may result in a shortened session. No refunds will be provided for time lost due to late arrival.
Cancellations and No-Shows
• Bookings are non-refundable unless the event is cancelled.
• If you are unable to attend, you may transfer your booking to another person by notifying the organiser before the appointment time.
• Failure to attend a booked appointment may result in the loss of the session without refund.
Right to Refuse Treatment
The therapists reserve the right to refuse treatment where:
• A client appears to be under the influence of alcohol or drugs.
• The client behaves inappropriately.
• The treatment is deemed unsafe due to a medical condition or other concern.
• Required parental consent has not been obtained.
Liability
• Massage is provided for relaxation and wellbeing purposes. While every reasonable care is taken, participation is at the client's own risk.
• The organiser and therapists shall not be liable for any loss, injury, or damage except where caused by negligence.
Privacy
• Personal information collected for booking and health screening purposes will be used solely for the administration of appointments and will be handled in accordance with applicable data protection laws.

By booking a session, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms & Conditions.
